In public communication, hereby meaning communication between 2 or more
parties, all reasonable measures will be taken to protect individual’s private
information, unless given express permission to share said information with
other parties.

 

This includes written information, verbal communication, and
photography during group events, as represented by group activities.
However, given that many group activities will occur out in communal public
places, individuals are responsible for own privacy measures for themselves
and their families.
